While Medusa is only three feet long, she can still cause trouble. Ray says he has to feed each of the heads separately and keep them from biting each other during meal time.
Luckily, milk snakes aren't venomous and pose no threat to humans. That's a good thing, especially for Ray. Even though he's a freak show owner, I'd imagine he would have quite a time handling something like a two-headed rattlesnake.
