A 58-year-old man, identified as Fannie Mtshali, is currently facing a murder charge for allegedly beating his 24-year-old daughter to death, during an altercation in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The Federal Government has filed fresh 24-count charges against the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari. Naija News reports that the Director of Prosecution and Legal Services, Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation, J. Sunday, filed the fresh 24-count charges filed against Kyari on August 30, 2022. It is understood that the fresh charges were filed at the Federal High Court, Abuja, with charge number: FHC/ABJ/CR/408/22. The case has Mohammed Kyari and Ali Kyari as co-defendants, who are the siblings of the former commander of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT).
