Previously, it was reported that Justice James Omotosho had fixed the hearing for today (Monday), but no lawyer appeared on behalf of Kanu.
During the resumed hearing, the defence counsel informed the court that they had not yet received the necessary documents related to the case.

In Los Gatos, Calif., 19 “junior statesmen” were graduated from the Montezuma Mountain School last fortnight. They were the second crop sponsored by the Junior Statesmen of America, an enterprising organization with chapters in 25 California high schools. According to the Portland Press Herald, the adoption of the lobster emoji as a trans symbol began after the group created an online petition last month asking Unicode to make a pink-and-blue flag, a universally acknowledged symbol in the transgender community, in emoji form.
As Russia finds itself increasingly isolated on the global stage since its invasion of Ukraine last year, it’s become desperate to find friends wherever it can. This week, Vladimir Putin, who has avoided international summits like the G20 as he faces an international war criminal arrest warrant, welcomed North Korean ruler Kim Jong Un, where the leaders were believed to have discussed an arms deal. But that wasn’t the only recent diplomatic visit from an Asian pariah state.
